We also offer general adoption support. Many of our dogs aren’t listed on the website yet, as we work with a pipeline of dogs in foster care or incoming rescues. This means that even if you don’t see the perfect match online, we encourage you to get in touch.
When we receive your adoption application, we keep it on file and will contact you if a dog becomes available that suits your family’s lifestyle and home environment. In this way, your application could help a dog find their forever home even before they appear on our website.

Meet in a safe environment — because CDPA is foster-based, all dogs live in private homes. The Dog Team will coordinate introductions and visits at a location that works for you and the foster.
