Make a lasting impact with a legacy gift

Gifts in Wills enable CDPA to plan and care for animals for years to come. Whether large or small, these gifts ensure essential work continues well into the future

Leave a gift in your Will

By leaving a gift to CDPA in your Will, you can help protect cats and dogs long into the future. Legacy gifts allow us to plan ahead and continue vital rescue, care, and community programmes across Ireland.

A gift of any size makes a meaningful difference. After you’ve taken care of loved ones, even a small percentage of your estate can help ensure vulnerable animals receive the care and protection they need.

How your legacy helps

  • Rescue and rehabilitation of cats and dogs

  • Spay, neuter, and population control programmes

  • Veterinary care and ongoing welfare support

  • Education and community outreach

How to leave a gift

You can include CDPA in your Will by naming us as a beneficiary. This can be done when writing a new Will or by adding a simple update to an existing one. We always recommend speaking with a solicitor to ensure your wishes are clearly recorded.

You will simply need the following information for your solicitor:

The Cat and Dog Protection Association of Ireland
Carmichael Centre, for Voluntary Groups, 4 Brunswick St N, Dublin 7, D07 RHA8

Charity number: CHY 7948

Registered Company Number: 20018627
