As a charity almost fully kept going by our generous volunteers, we offer some services. These include our TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) Programme as well as adoptions of cats & dogs after being rescued and rehabilitated.

Betty and Penny are once loved by their owner and had a home...Until recently two sisters found themselves abandoned outside their house after their owner's passing. These cats for sure didn't deserve such a cold goodbye by being put out on the street like that.

We are now searching for a loving forever home for the Golden Girls to give them another chance in life. Both are very friendly, vocal, and happy, roughly aged 9 to 10 years old.

Meet Lola! 🏡 Relatively new to foster care fro

Meet Lola! 🏡

Relatively new to foster care from one of the pounds we work with, she is amazing with little humans, big humans and dogs!

Lola loves her stroll around the neighborhood after which she snuggles into her foster carer's arms for a well deserved nap. We don't know much about her background but find it interesting that she prefers to be handfed vs eating out of a bowl.

Lola needs to be spayed as well as getting her claws shortened as she keeps scratching her muzzle open.

If you are able to volunteer to groom (she's based on D4 at the moment) or would like to contribute to her spay, please do or get in touch ⭐🐶🐕

🌙 Meet our beautiful anime-like kitties, Mashiro and Urara! 🌟

These two kitties are simply too adorable for words! 🐾

Mashiro adores hanging out with people and playing games. He is the one to make the first move; he’s all about etiquette.

Urara, on the other hand, is a tad more shy but equally endearing. While Mashiro just can’t resist grabbing treats from anyone’s hands, Urara is a distinguished lady who patiently waits to be served. They will be good with a home with older kids.

Angela is a friendly and fearless feline who would

Angela is a friendly and fearless feline who would love a family to call her own.

It is likely that Angela is a bit hard of hearing, but she doesn’t let that stop her from thoroughly enjoying life. She even uses it to her advantage when engaging in her favourite activity – a good long nap! She loves curling up on the couch and will adopt a comfy corner to be her own cosy spot. While napping, she makes sweet little sleepy sounds, but she doesn’t seem to hear much, so nothing disturbs her during her favourite pastime.

Her other favourite hobby is playing with her small fabric mouse, throwing it up into the air so she can catch it. Angela is generally a clean lady, though she may need some help with grooming due to arthritis. She also enjoys chewing on stick treats and likes to have fresh water at the ready.

Angela will need to be an indoor only cat. She isn’t interested in getting outside but is very curious about her indoor surroundings. She’s not afraid of anything and never runs away or hides. When you pick her up, she’s happy to hang out in your arms and check out her surroundings from her new vantage point. She loves meeting new people and will eagerly greet guests to ask for cuddles or her favourite head and chin scratches.

Meet the darling Tony! He is a curious, distinguished gentleman who is a homebody at heart. Tony spent his first 10 years living on the street, after being abandoned by his original owners and getting fed by his doting neighbourhood carers. With the help of his regular feeder, CDPA rescued Tony and he is slowly getting accustomed to the VIP life.

Tony is a shy cat and would do best with someone, who has a quiet and stable lifestyle to share with him. He is scared of loud noises and sudden movements, so a child-free and dog-free home is necessary.

He enjoys the occasional petting session – on his terms, of course! He needs love and patience at first, and as he warms up to you, his playful side comes out to shine.

He loves hanging out in the great inside and exploring it at night– expect to find him napping the day away near his humans in between playing sessions.

Meet kind-hearted Kisa! This lovely boy has travelled far in search of his forever home and captivated the hearts of everyone he’s met on his travels so far! Unfortunately, his original owner passed away and his current caretaker can no longer look after him due to illness. So, Kisa is searching for a kind-hearted human to give him a loving home!

Kisa is perhaps the sweetest kitty you’ll ever meet. When encountering people for the first time, he’ll stroll right over to say hello and immediately demand you pet his lovely ginger and white fur! While he’s very comfy around people, he can still spook at raised voices, so inside voices only please!

Kisa is also very laid back and can spend the whole day napping in a cozy spot. Once he’s got some energy saved up you can find him scratching at his beloved scratching post or chasing after feathers – his favourite toys!

Colony Update: Big Progress! 🌟

This week our amazing volunteers rescued two semi-feral coparenting moms and their kittens (2 litters!). They were coparenting their babies together in someone’s garden ❤️ That’s 17 adults rescued so far – some TNR, some fostered! Plus, 17 kittens are safe and sound in foster care. There’s still more work to do with this colony, but we’re making a difference 🙏

We desperately need donations to keep helping these colonies. Please help us continue this important work!

Tino is a lovable goof who had a rough start to li

Tino is a lovable goof who had a rough start to live and now needs a special home. Under his ginger fur, Tino is one of the friendliest cats you’ll ever meet, and he loves his pets and scratches.

As an FIV+ kitty, he will need a little extra care in terms of regular vet checks and an indoor only home (which he is slowly becoming accustomed to). Did you know, that FIV is virus that can only be transmitted through the exchange of bodily fluids often via mating and fighting? It’s not transmittable to humans at all. We also think he will need a little dental work in the future and can chat to you about how the charity can help with this!

It may take a while to gain Tino’s trust as he adapts to his new indoor home, but once you do you’ll never look back. He’s also super chatty and will let you know everything he’s thinking. Tino doesn’t mind being picked up, so long as it doesn’t interfere with his beauty sleep (he’s a big napper). Tino is a little bit nosy and likes to know what you’re doing at all times. He has that lovable ginger cat quality (orange cat energy) and deserves a home that he can show off his adorable purr in.
